Conventions from Questionnaire

By conducting a questionnaire, I was able to find out what conventions I should use for my music magazine. The people I asked in my questionnaire were mostly females, and everyone that answered the questionnaire was between the ages of 14 and 17 so this should be my target audience which I should aim to meet.
I also was able to find out that the two most popular colours from the sample were Red and Black, so they will be the colours used mostly by the magazine and in the masthead. Also this is beneficial to me as red and black stand against each other.

From the questionnaire it should that 50% of the people that took part said that their favourite genre of music was Pop music, so this should be a genre that I make sure I cover within my music magazine pages, also 44% of the people that took part said that the reason they buy music magazines is for the artists featured inside them, because the most popular favourite genre was pop I should include a pop artist in my magazine pages.

From the section of the question that was focused on prices and purchases, a huge 63% said that they never buy a single music magazine within a month, but the price they are willing to pay 44% said they would be willing to pay between £2.01 to £3 which is cheap in comparison to other music magazines on the shelves. 44% said that they would also like a music magazine that released monthly, in contrast to one released weekly or fortnightly.
